Comfortable to sit on, and I have a memory foam pad for the sleep version, and I slept like a baby on it. My father passed away and my mother who has dementia took over my room, so I needed this in a pinch to sleep on. I was going to use this temporarily. But now I'm sure I'll keep using it indefinitely. I bought this 4 years ago and it has held up well. It is used nightly as a bed. Sleep is comfortable if you prefer firm surfaces. It was SUPER EASY to put together. This was a great purchase and I would do it again.

Looks sleek, great for my home office/guest bedroom when needed. Couch function is exactly what I wanted, bed is decent for this type of futon(definitely larger than most others I saw in this category). Not super ideal sleeping but come on, you need to have realistic expectations. I recommend using a mattress topper and it’s good to go! Great value overall for the price. ... show more

Wow! Exactly what I wanted, easy to assemble, arrived a week early 10/10. I just put it together this morning (15 min) so can’t speak to durability, but as of now it’s perfect! Although it was easy to put together, it was very uncomfortable to sit on. I replaced some chairs in my room with this futon, I should have just kept the chairs. When I called Amazon to return it in the appropriate time frame, the seller had a difficult time getting back to me. The only time they would contact me is after I called Amazon. It took two weeks to finally have it picked up. The sellar didn't even call FedEx to schedule the pick up, I had to do it otherwise it never would have gotten done. I'm now living alone in a studio setting and wanted everyday bed that I can hide during the day. Despite that it's not meant primarily as your go-to-bed every night, I've been sleeping on it now for several weeks and I'm mostly delighted with the comfort. The only shortcoming is that I had to order a custom fitting sheet as its dimension is not ordinary. It is a bit shorter than your standard twin and slightly wider. Love it! Perfect for my little office. Work has me in there a lot so I might as well be comfortable! Hubby put it together in no time flat. Only need to use the wrench that comes with it. Pretty sturdy as I’m over 250. Cup holders are a bonus! Hope it lasts!
