I bought 2 of these, 1 for home and 1 for work. I use them to rub on my inflamed Achilles tendon. I have Achilles tendinitis and when it's swelled up and really sore, these help tremendously!! How you get it out is to just run it under hot water for a few seconds to loosen it up, works great!!
