Really, I can't complain much because the price is so low by comparison that you'd be ignorant to not expect something to go wrong. Like many other customers, mine also came with more teal and blue in the box and everything in it than there was in the bottles. The leakage was so bad that it escaped the box and also dyed the other product being shipped with it along with the packaging itself, and of course the mess that came with getting it all out. It's sad because there's as much color all over the place as it takes to actually pigment the chocolate any further than pastel. This isn't the chocolate colorant for my business, BUT it'd be great for kids, occasional use or maybe for people who make pastel colored goods. The price is great considering the selection of colors and the otherwise sturdy box it comes in. I also thought this was gel based? Haven’t used it as I ordered it last night and received it this morning. The pink must have been open because the side of the box was pink and when I opened the box there was pink food coloring all over. Overall no other issues since I haven’t used it yet.

The product works, however, when I received it, 3 of the bottles were open and dye was all inside of box and two of the colors had another color in the bottle, so they could not be used. Had everything been intact, I would have given a 5-star review. I asked for a refund.

This oil Based coloring mixed very well with my Chocolate melts and I loved that I could control the intensity of the color. Only issue I had was that I was missing colors. My box came with 2 Purples and 2 Reds. A green and blue were missing and the item can’t be returned or replaced.

First time chocolate dipper here. I wanted to make some chocolate covered strawberries for my kid’s end of the school year celebration. I purchased this and it was the biggest mistake ever. I am not a pro dipper just yet so I don’t know if chocolate has to be at a certain temperature before adding food coloring. But this food coloring gave the chocolate a nasty bitter taste.
