This is a decent set of 12-cell seed starting trays. Unfortunately, the grow light in the dome is useless. I don't know whether the spectrum is wrong or the light is just too weak, but seedlings allowed to grow in one of these units get very leggy. If all you're going to do with these is get seeds to germinate and sprout, they're fine. But you'll need to get your seedlings under decent light quickly or they'll be all stem. I disconnected the lights and now just use these as trays with vented humidity domes under stronger full-spectrum lights.

The media could not be loaded. I'm pretty impressed with this product tbh. I've had it a few days now. The one down side so far, is that the plastic is thin, you need to use care and go slow so you don't bend or tear it. Even though I have ADHD and am generally rushed and careless, I managed to get them set up without damaging them. The lights are plenty bright for young seedlings and I hope will help prevent stretching issues I've had in the past. The cables are long enough to give some flexibility with set up options. You could stick these in any dark corner, as long as you have power. I'm using a shelf that's not good for much besides picture frames lol You can control your humidity by turning the disk on the cover to open/close the air holes. Bottom watering with the included trays will be a breeze (I would like to see a little tab to make it easier to lift a corner for those of us with artificial nails, but I'm managing) Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

Great Price. The lights are strong for being so small, I was worried they wouldnโt produce enough light but they do. Only complaint is the lids donโt seal well, I would add a bead of silicone to the lip if you are concerned about that.
