I've used it a few times now and it's pretty sturdy. I've dropped it several times and it didn't break. It makes bath time a million times easier because I don't have to scrub. It functions exactly as it's supposed to and has all the standard spray patterns. My only critique is that one canister of shampoo doesn't last long even on the lowest setting but it's still plenty of time to get the job done. If you have a very large dog then you might need to use more than one canister of shampoo.

After reading the reviews, I decided to order the Upgraded version of this product, and that was a good decision. I have had absolutely no problems with it at all. The shampoo bottle stays put, and there are no leaks anywhere...but then I don't turn the water pressure on full force as it doesn't need to be on so hard to wet the dog and dispense the shampoo into his coat. I like the glove that came with this one, but wish it was two-sided so it could fit on either hand, as I'm left handed. This sprayer/washer works perfectly and makes bathing my Golden Retriever so much easier. And it actually uses less shampoo than I did when I had to try to distribute it in concentrated form by hand all over the dog, and it makes the whole job go so much faster...which my dog appreciates, lol. My only complaint is that, even with the 5 connectors that were included, it couldn't be attached to the hose of the handheld shower attachment that was already on our shower head fixture. I had to go to the hardware store and get a 3/4 in. male to 1/2 in. male brass connector for $8 to attach it to the hose and replace the original sprayer. Not that $8 is a big deal, it was the time spent to get it before I could install and use it. Seems like most people who opt to wash their dogs in the bathroom where the water temperature can be controlled (rather than out in the cold water from the garden hose) would already have a hand held sprayer on their shower head fixture, so why isn't this connector for that kind of hose included? But, as I said, that is my only complaint, and I informed the seller of that problem. Other than that, I highly recommend this shower attachment to simplify bathing your dog and making the whole process more easier on both you and your dog!

Item is great for wetting down and rinsing dogs. MUCH faster and better flow than the garden nozzle I was using. We use 50 to 1 concentrated soaps (expensive). There is no guide for what the dilution rate is to maintain a 50 to 1 dilution rate. I'm guessing at how much soap to load the jar with and what the rate is on the little dots for soaps. Anyone have any ideas? Can't find a way to contact the distributor.

Love love love! I have two dirty dogs and this has cut bath time in half. It is able to hook up to many different options, so I am also able to use it wherever I am at. I am able to wash both of my dogs in under an hour now. I think the size of the unit and spray nozzle is a perfect size. I only use shampoo in it, I dont think it is made for my type if conditioner I use on my dogs. I would buy again if I needed to. I figure I will probably have to since it is made out of plastic. I am not sure of the build quality of the product I know it can leak. I have not been gentle with the product so I think the durability is pretty good. I have only used it for one summer, so time will tell when I get it out in the spring. I do like you can choose how much product comes out the the nozzle. As I said before I would by this product again, I feel it is worth the money. It cut my bathing time in half. Which means my back is happy and so are my dogs

Would’ve been a 5 but it only lasted 6 months. The front of the hose nozzle completely fell off and rendered the entire thing completely unusable. Not even during use, it just fell off in my hand. It was great before that happened but not impressed with it falling apart like it did.

I wash concrete patio, brick walls, car, anything that doesn’t run away and can withstand cold water. I can’t use it for my dogs, which is what i wanted to do. I do not have access to hot water in any way to use included attachments. Ez to attach to garden hose. Bit flimsy so afraid of cracking thin plastic. Would definitely recommend.
