Never buy anything from this company. The sprinkler didn't work it just sprayed out and didn't turn at all, they just kept wanting more and more info, i sent videos and my receipts, we also had a wind storm and the poles bent like butter. Showed them the pictures and videos and even said I would pay for the new poles but didn't get a response. I just bought new poles from another company and just won't be able to use the sprinkler.

Purchase this trampoline for my grandkids and they love it. Somehow the frame got bent so I had to contact the customer service and they were wonderful. They sent new replacement parts and recieved them within a week ❤️ now if it would stop raining here I could replace the parts. I recommend purchasing one and if I need to order one again it will be from this company!

It's a great trampoline, however the surrounding net barely fits without bending the metal. We managed to get it around but there is absolutely no way with the design of this thing to close it with the zipper. In addition, the LED lights were great until the power box. Regardless, if it's fully charged doesn't turn on unless it's actually plugged in. That's not how it's supposed to be. Lastly, there's a solar panel on it to charge but you have to remove a sticker. The sticker is almost impossible so that's a waste. Overall I would say it's a 50/50

Great working trampoline. If we didn't build the frame upsidedown, and tie the net too loose with the strings originally, my wife and I would've been done within 2.5 hours. Still with mess ups, we were done in 3.5 hours. TBH, we haven't hooked up the water or lights yet, so we can't say much about those, but all the pieces are there and they look to be operational. My kids are loving every second, and my legs are begging for a day off.

Weak frame!!! Third time jumping and an entire section of the frame bent. There were 5 kids on it two just sitting on the sides watching. Under the suggested weight limit. Company never responded when I asked if I could purchase a section. I wasn’t even asking for it for free. I finally found a piece to buy and it’s too small and costs me 50 bucks. Find another brand!

Took about 3 hours to put together. 2 of us working on it at once. We've never put a trampoline together before so it definitely took some learning. This arrived in 3 separate packages, at 3 different times. We were not missing any pieces. It's important to pay close attention to the instructions. Wish the LED lights were a bit brighter but it's something we can replace later on. We got the 14ft and were able to fit 2 teenagers and 3 elementary schoolers on it at once.
