Easiest set up ever! You need no tools as it’s entire screw free. It sort of origami’s together but feels secure. The book compartments will not fit larger books fyi (which a lot of kids books are big!), but small & medium books fit just great.

I really like to quality of this rotating shelf and it's the perfect size for all of my toddler's books. But the instructions were really hard to follow and it took me quite a while to figure out how to put it together. I keep putting the parts in all wrong and having to take it a part and put it back together. It also shows screws in their pictures, but my box didn't have screws. After contacting the company (they were very responsive!) they let me know that the screws were optional and not necessary and that it doesn't come with screws. It would definitely have been helpful to know that before I went crazy trying to figure out where the heck the screws were or what to do about that.

I guess I didn’t read close enough to realize but I was soooo surprised when pulling the pieces out that this was not MDF and instead some type of composite plastic board. It is light, strong, and fantastic! The pieces went together well, the design is solid, and it looks great. Couldn’t be happier. Even checked for what else this company sold because I liked it so much but unfortunately not much in the same type of product. Oh well - but live it!

Very cheap product, fairly easy to assemble but didn't fit together well and pieces cracked and did not hold up during assembly. Very disappointed. It Would have been adorable if just better quality

The media could not be loaded. Normally don’t leave reviews , but I definitely had to leave one for this bookshelf ! 10/10 super easy to assemble (no hand tools needed) very sturdy and good material. It’s like almost as tall as I am and I am 5’2” ! Definitely taller than expected which I love. I also added my daughter’s little dolls in between for a showcase and it’s just the cutest bookcase ever. Hope My review helps make your decision easier !

The media could not be loaded. I was really excited because from the reviews I thought it would be okay given there were more positive than negative but I’m a little disappointed. The instructions are vague and this doesn’t match the “simple” video they posted on how to install bc there were no screws it was just like a puzzle putting it together through the holes BUT it was hard to put them together you have to push and almost break you’re freaking freaking furniture to fit it through the hole! Then it makes a squicky sound AND don’t even think about building it anywhere but the spot you’re going to leave it in bc forget about transporting it! one of the book ends broke bc AGAIN there’s no actual support holding the pieces together. I knew it was a “cheaper option” as opposed to real wood but man oh man. I wouldn’t buy again. It’s cute but that’s about it!!! I put it in my room bc I don’t want my child having access to it and risk it breaking on him. I’ll probably have to super glue it all for reinforcements. I would return it but I needed a quick solution.

I was really excited to purchase this bookshelf. Not sure what material it is but once you build it do not attempt to move it. The entire things will fall apart as each piece is simply pressed into one another with nothing to actually keep it together but gravity. I believe the bottom swivel piece was glued on the reverse side. The main photo has the small walls facing left that way you can see the binding of the book, but mine forces you to put it on the right so you see the Cover plus pages if put in correctly or you see the back cover and the binding if placed upside down. It does hold a solid amount of books and swivel nicely, still wish it was made better.
