    • Overpriced and poorly made with terrible refund experience.
Product was delivered in a damaged box, left up on a side despite arrows all around the box indicating how it should sit, and the furniture was badly damaged. A chunk of the side was scrapped off somehow, and the table portion that lifts up was pushed so hard during its improper handling and transport, that the cheap screws broke or stripped out of the poor quality wood, leaving it detached from the lift mechanism. The real fun is that I am currently trying to return it, and the pickup date was moved out by a week once already, and then NOBODY came to get it during the new window, and now stares the package was not ready for pickup. It was, and still is. I know this is utter crap because my wife and I both work from home and are here all day. We have a Ring camera and 3 dogs, we would absolutely know if someone tried to do the pickup. Poor build quality and poor shipping. I have an all wood lifting coffee table that's 15 years old and cost a third of the cost this one, the old table still works great, so this garbage is not at all acceptable for the price. ... show more

This was a great purchase. I used the carry it into the house delivery feature and unpacked it myself. Wonderful way to get my coffee tile since no way was I going to be able to fet it upstairs. Coffee table is lovely. Use the lift top all the time.
