My kids saved up their own money to buy this after a storm destroyed our old play place. Set up was pretty average for a trampoline I guess, this is the first one we’ve ever put together. It has held up well throughout the winter and the Oklahoma wind.

The trampoline itself is great and the kids love it. It was fairly straightforward to put together. It will take 2 people for most of the construction, or to make it easier. The basketball hoop was a big letdown; it only lasted one day. After an hour playing it first bent. Then about an hour later it completely broke off from the bracket. So it lasted one day, what a disappointment. Had to buy a $69 universal hoop replacement; hopefully it fits and lasts longer. Do not purchase from this company literally didn’t receive enough springs and the mat didn’t fit, it seemed as they bought cheap parts and put together had to get a refund and reach out to seller for more springs and also had to purchase a separate mat that did fit- I had purchased the 16Ft trampoline they did send more springs when reaching out to the sellers but having to purchase a whole new mat as well is beyond me. :/ ... show more

I purchased the 16ft green & blue Lyromix trampoline for my 3 grandchildren! This is a beautiful trampoline! I love that this 16ft trampoline is thoroughly tested for safety and durability & the safety enclosure net is connected with the spring cover mat to form a whole 360°protection for my grand children! I was very pleased with the price, with what all came with the trampoline! Basketball goal & ball, ladder, 4 anchors & straps, water sprinkler & solar color lights. There are 3 separate boxes that will be delivered to you for this shipment, our 3 boxes came in 2 deliveries. My daughter & I (ages 65 & 40) started to put the trampoline together but had to stop when we realized we were short of 36 springs. I emailed the company, including my proof of purchase info & picture of one of the boxes that had a hole in it upon delivery(A FedEx issue) @ lyromix@yeah.net Cindy promptly emailed me back, letting me know that the company would send the springs ASAP Sure enough, the springs got delivered very quickly! Because of weather, we haven’t had a chance to finish putting the trampoline up yet. LYROMIX HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! This gives me piece of mind to order from them again! Overall the trampoline seems to be decent quality and about what I expected. Typical instructions that don't relay all the information needed. There are several pieces that need to be oriented in a specific way and there is no mention of that at all. In fact, the instructions specifically say that several pieces are completely interchangeable when they are not. We found out some pieces had to be moved around after we had passed steps so we had to disassemble and go backwards. The hardware that holds the basketball goal on the main post stripped and another screw that goes into a leg stripped out. Typical junky Chinese hardware. The rim of the basketball goal is hanging down out of position even though the hardware is tight. Bad news. The rim fell off. It appears the weld broke where the rim attaches to the flat plate that bolts to the backboard. ... show more
