My wife and I put up the trampoline tonight. Everything was easy enough to install. (Kids won’t try it out until tomorrow but we did and it was nice to jump, even though we had to find our “land legs” after! 😂) only complaint we had was when tying the safety mat over the springs, one of the bungee ties snapped. Upon looking at it, the thread that is used isn’t very thick. Just don’t tie it overly tightly and there shouldn’t be an issue…it really only needs to be used as a barrier between kids and springs…we were just of the mind frame that “the tighter the better” which isn’t always true. Also, if you’re on the shorter side, put the hoop up before you put the final leg up for the net. The instructions will tell you to put the hoop up last, but life may just be easier if you do the hoop first…just be ready for a heavier final leg.

This is a great trampoline and the extra accessories are a great plus. It is super sturdy and is surviving a 16 year old and a 1 year old pupper (45 pounds). It is really big in case you are questioning and its great. I have had 4 others break on me and this one is still standing and works great. The net is awesome and it will take some time to string it on properly but its worth the effort and I don't have to worry about anyone falling out.

I bought this to replace an 8 years old trampoline. This one is already pulling apart at the mat that holds the D rings that attaches to frame. Separating several in different sections. You can see how the springs stretched. An 11 year old mostly jumped on this. And a 7 year old. No adùlts ever I thought I only needed a need a new jumping pad replacement. But we have bigger problems. Springs stretched, stitching just fell apart, frame holes where springs were held stretched and became a very dangerous situation. It became a hazard very quickly. Its been up 8 months before I noticed springs cover pad started to fall apart then the stitching holding the 3.5 in shrisprito pad and frame started stretching to 6 in or some strange mess. Pad is still in good shape, the protective netting is still good but the working bouncing parts including the frame holes stretching and becoming a hazard concern me. We never used the water or lights features so now I'm requesting a full refund under the 1 year warranty. I wish I remembered the name of the old one that lasted 8 years

We love this trampoline and our kids absolutely love it! It took my husband a day to put it together and he did it by himself so the assembly is super easy. Our kids have a bunch of fu and they love the basketball and led lights. Great quality! All the parts were in the box. It did ship the parts separately so we received part of the trampoline on different days. The net is a great safely feature since we have younger kids but they have fun. This was a great buy!

Love this whole trampoline set up! Everything that came with it and the easy set up. Only complaint/issue I have was that after not quite a month of use the jumping mat had a small whole. I only have one kiddo who weighs 38 lbs no shoes are worn on it and it’s kept clean. I was able to contact support though and come to a solution. . That is the only reason I gave 4 stars though because of how quickly a whole was in the mat. Could’ve been a freak thing regardless it was an absolute win for play time and such a nice trampoline set up! I did order a slide attachment separately also total win!

Bought this for my sister in law when her grandchildren came to visit. Was easy to install, the lights, the water made just the perfect fun for them to have in the backyard. Everything was in the box, nothing was missing, the install time was quick, the net around the trampoline made it safe, the size was perfect for 5 children, the bounce fun was real.
