My wife and I put up the trampoline tonight. Everything was easy enough to install. (Kids won’t try it out until tomorrow but we did and it was nice to jump, even though we had to find our “land legs” after! 😂) only complaint we had was when tying the safety mat over the springs, one of the bungee ties snapped. Upon looking at it, the thread that is used isn’t very thick. Just don’t tie it overly tightly and there shouldn’t be an issue…it really only needs to be used as a barrier between kids and springs…we were just of the mind frame that “the tighter the better” which isn’t always true. Also, if you’re on the shorter side, put the hoop up before you put the final leg up for the net. The instructions will tell you to put the hoop up last, but life may just be easier if you do the hoop first…just be ready for a heavier final leg. ... show more

We have not had this trampoline up for only 2 weeks and it already looks as though it will fall apart. The mat is already stretched out and nearly hits the ground when my 80lb 7 year old jumps on it. The bars move in a very unsafe way when the kids do jump on it. I can’t even let the kids jump on it anymore because it is too unsafe. The trampoline itself is great and the kids love it. It was fairly straightforward to put together. It will take 2 people for most of the construction, or to make it easier. The basketball hoop was a big letdown; it only lasted one day. After an hour playing it first bent. Then about an hour later it completely broke off from the bracket. So it lasted one day, what a disappointment. Had to buy a $69 universal hoop replacement; hopefully it fits and lasts longer. The is a really good for summer my kids love it we live in Hawaii so it's hot over summer and with the water it cools them off. Then at night we turn on the lights and let them play with lights on.
