We love this trampoline! It’s hands-down my kids’ favorite gift ever, they use it every day. It was surprisingly easy to put together. I managed the base by myself, but needed a little help with the top. The only downside is the basketball net, it’s not the best quality and has already come apart. FOR YEARS, my 3 boys have been asking for a trampoline, and the answer was ALWAYS NO! I was way too worried about the dangers of a trampoline. Well, we finally caved for my youngest son, and I tell you, it was the best investment EVER. He literally used it ALL SUMMER LONG (we actually all used it- so much fun). Between the pool and the trampoline (he LOVES the basketball hoop), it kept him (and his friends) very busy. It took my husband and son about 4-6ish hours to put together (12 yr old help + many breaks = longer time frame). It is surprisingly sturdy and after helping with the setup, I feel pretty confident in the structure and quality of it. We had it on grass, but had to move to the pool patio while getting work done on our yard. Not sure if we will keep it there, but for now it works. 3 things I note- 1. While putting it together, we referenced a video that was posted to help visualize the steps (directions not always very detailed). 2. the step ladder is NOT the best. It hurts coming out and seems very dangerous (we use a step stool instead). 3. We follow the rules closely-weight limit, kid limit, zip up while in. It is so much fun that I stress the importance of being responsible in it so NO ONE gets hurt! HIGHLY recommend it, good quality, good price= LOTS OF FAMILY FUN!!!

Fantastic! Perfect size for our front yard. Assembly was a piece of cake! Only downfall I have to say about this is the basketball hoop sucks! It's too loose no matter how much you tighten the bolts on the back. Every time we throw a basketball in, when it hits the back board, the whole thing moves and swivels. Plus, the hoop itself is too small. Requires a very small basketball. Other than that, the trampoline itself is sturdy! This was almost a 5 star trampoline, the hoop was the only reason I gave a 4 star review.

I was originally looking for the best price with a high weight limit, and this is the one. There are 14' trampolines that have limits ranging from 250lbs to 400lbs, but this one is over 700lbs. I am glad to know I'll be able to jump safely with my kids and didn't have to spend like crazy to do it. The setup was fairly well laid out in the instruction manual, but there were a couple things that weren't super clear to me for some reason. Getting assistance to set it up was necessary at least 2 times, but I was able to do everything else solo in about 3 hours total, broken up over a couple days. Because I installed some things incorrectly, there was movement in the net poles and the basketball hoop pole even started bending. I contacted the seller and they shipped a few new parts immediately, which was very kind considering we made a mistake on our end. Great customer service for sure. Also, I recommend not dunking on this hoop at all. It can't handle more than a few pounds of force and I bent ours down immediately as you can see in the picture. It doesn't impact my rating at all because that's not the point of the trampoline and I really shouldn't have pulled a Shaq on it. One thing to note is when putting on the vertical poles that hold the net up, there are 2 holes to bolt to the frame legs. You can see one hole near the bottom of the pole, but the other one might be hidden under the blue foam sleeve, so make sure to slide that up to check. Another challenge was threading the net through the metal rods that form a ring at the top. I'd recommend doing that while sitting on the trampoline, connect the last 2 points of the ring through the basketball hoop support rod, then snap the ring into the plastic tops of the net poles one by one. Overall an awesome product you won't have to worry about once it's set up.

Purchased this trampoline about a year ago. We had one spring tear away within the 1 year warranty (our fault for not contacting the seller then) but when our warranty expired (literally a week before this happened) 5 more springs tore off of the mat. My girls could have fallen through the torn mat when bouncing, and I’m glad no one was hurt!! This is a safety issue for sure. Because warranty window was closed, they sent me a link to buy a new mat, but it’s out of stock. So now we’re stuck with a useless trampoline after only a year of use. Just beware of that when purchasing, you’ll only get about a year use out of it! Should have listened to the other review that was saying the same thing. Just don’t expect a long use out of this trampoline, or much help from the company.
