The only reason I’m giving it 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that I wish it came with a built-in drainage system for easier cleanup. Updated Review. From 1 to 4 on the product. They get a 5 for Customer Service. We had an issue with our original ice bath where the side wall plug broke within a month of using it. After alerting the company through a review they very quickly addressed the issue and remedied it by sending us a new ice bath. We do love our ice bath. Easy to set up and the size is great. I’m 6 feet tall 190 pounds and easily fit. The picture is of our old tub showing how we bought an aquarium chiller to keep our ice bath at a consistent temperature without having to buy ice. Tub is great. Customer Service is excellent. Just be careful when pulling the drain plug.

My husband loves this ice bath! during the summer we kept it inside the house downstairs, and now in the winter we keep it on the back deck! it has withstood multiple fillings and emptyings! our dogs rough house around the ice bath and haven’t nicked it, so it is a durable material! comes with a nice topper to keep it clean while not in use. overall would definitely recommend this product to anybody wanting to start their cold plunge journey!

It's beautiful and looks just like the picture. It's also great! The inflatable backrest is very convenient and supports me as I sit up. Can lean back comfortably. The water stays at the desired temperature for a while. The best part is that it fits in my standard bathtub. Super easy to assemble Love it, it's not too small, this tub is big enough for me to walk around in the bath and draining the water into the gray water container is nice. It's easy to remove and store when not in use and takes up very little space. Perfect for my shower, great product , very happy with it. Recommended purchase.

The size of this ice bath is great — plenty of room and easy to set up. It folds nicely for storage and the materials feel durable enough. However, it doesn’t hold the temperature as long as I expected, and the insulation could definitely be better. The drain design also makes emptying it a bit tricky. It works fine for quick cold plunges and recovery sessions, but it’s not as sturdy or well-insulated as some higher-end models. Overall, it’s a decent option for the price, just not perfect if you’re looking for a professional-grade ice bath.
