Much easier than expected. It says charge it fully before 1st use. So it already was at 4 bars, and needed about 15-20 min to fully charge. It turns off when charged. I rinsed out the bottle about 3 times with tap water, then filled with fridge filtered water, pressed and held power for 2 sec to turn on and wella, there it goes making pretty bubbles. 5 min later, I dumped the first hydro water run. I made a second batch and drank it and made 2 more. Comes with a brush and spongy cleaner too. So far so good. It is silent, no noise! Fingers crossed 🤞 2nd Review 10/25/2025-I'm back after many uses and after I saw a longtime friend who's big into health, they told me they had 4 different hydro bottles and none of them were real. SO I went on a hunt on how do I test this water. I purchased a Hydrogen Test Reagent Dissolved Hydrogen Test Reagent ，H2Blue，Test The Concentration of Hydrogen Molecules in WaterBrand: Kueysing for $19.98 on Amazon and tested my water bottle and guess what, I can't wait to tell him it is REAL! And it tested out on my refrigerator filtered water at 6000ppm and on bottled spring water less, at 4000 ppm. I even tested just fridge water as is, without the bottle being used and the tested sample stayed blue, so that means the hydrogen levels in the water wasn't elevated. So Kudos to the company and hey, if you want to send me a free water bottle, I'm here for the taking :). You won't go wrong with this water bottle- Get it!

ok,but annoying that turns on often when you don't want it to when you pick it up due to placement of button. when you pick it up to drink and unscrew lid it will turn on frequently

This is actually unbelievably impactful for workout recovery, sleep, and stress response/anxiety. I drink two bottles a day, and am a 10th as sore as I should be, AND sleeping through the night. I also noticed that my stress response and general anxiety is significantly reduced. Also incredible, this is great for your pets! Kidney issues, skin/coat, cognitive support, and joint pain/inflammation reduction. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I struggle with fatigue due to a blood disorder and tried to research cheap ways to help with energy. I read emergent research on hydrogen water and figured I'd give it a shot. I chose this one because of the price and it looked like it was actually producing hydrogen in the videos and not simply blowing Air bubbles. Anyways, I had zero expectations when trying this, but WOW! The case studies I read said to drink 50oz of hydrogen water a day. So I started each day chugging 20oz each morning (two hydrogen cycles each). I felt a reaction immediately, as I'd have a bowel movement shortly after drinking the water and I'd feel a slight tingling sensation in my head (which is normal). Apparently the Hydrogen water changes the gut microbiome. After 2 weeks of drinking hydrogen water my cravings for sugar and junk food were completely gone! I didn't even buy it for that reason, but I guess it was a side effect from the change in my gut biome. I received my Hydrogen Bottle October 26th, and ended up losing 12lbs in 6 weeks and I wasn't even trying, I just stopped craving fast-food and sugar, so I stopped eating it. That was an unexpected surprise. It did help with my fatigue. Not much, but I felt a 2% noticeable difference in energy. It isn't much, but when you struggle from fatigue like I do, anything helps. Also, it makes water taste significantly better, a very crisp and clean taste. CONS: The directions are pretty awful, I had to research about hydrogen water, instead of getting the information that I needed from the product instructions. Also There are conflicting directions. The written directions say that One serving of water can have a maximum of 3 hydrogen cycles (any more will cause the container seal to break/leak), however the sticker on the bottle says only 2 cycles maximum. There are NO directions on how to clean it properly, other than the 'clean' cycle which is VERY difficult to use. The written directions also say to let vinegar sit in the bottle for 5 hours and that doesn't work. The only thing that actually cleans it, is a packet of citric acid and letting it sit and run on the clean cycle (which I had to research). It can smell really bad after 2 weeks of use.

Really happy with this product. It is very simple to operate and carry around. The changing colors during the 5-minute wait time are mesmerizing. No more carrying heavy cases of water into my home! I can now enjoy water without adding plastic particles to my bloodstream. I was raised on tap water, and it tastes no different than bottled water when cycled thru this Hydrogen Water Bottle.
