This ice bath was a lot easier to set up and take down than I anticipated. It stay cold longer than most others I’ve tried in the past also. But my favorite feature for this option is the XL size. I admit I don’t necessarily enjoy the ice bath experience, rather the benefits after. Yet, the larger size make the experience more endurable. You can stretch out and relax easier instead of being curled up in a small ball. Thanks for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

First time using a dedicated ice bath and I wasn’t disappointed! For someone over 6’ it can be a squeeze getting into most bathtubs and something is always sticking out. With this I was able to fully submerge and had confidence resting my arms thanks to the metal pipes. I’ve had PVC break on me a couple of times, but with all the vinyl and metal piping, this thing feels rock solid once put together. Set up wasn’t too bad once I realized which pipe was for what. The instructions could have been a bit more detailed. My only gripe is the carrying bag. It seems like they want you to fully disassemble it to put in the bag. While it wasn’t very hard to assemble, I’m not sure it’s something I’d want to do very often. Luckily for me, the folding flat is compact enough, I don’t think I plan to go anywhere with an ice bath! But if I do I guess there’s a bag. The lid is a nice touch too once I get somewhere with a bit more space, I’d definitely leave this assembled with the lid on in the garage or patio or something.

I’ve been having a lot of pain in my shoulders and hips. I purchased this ice bath to help with my inflammation. It was very easy to put together. Very easy to set the whole thing up. I’m very glad I purchased it. I feel a little better each time I use it. The top is not overly large, but there’s plenty of room inside. I highly recommend this for someone who needs more treatment in more areas at the same time.

Putting this together is pretty difficult, but functionally it works great once set up. We live in a hot climate and I was worried about insulation, but this does a great job at 1) keeping water in the ice bath and 2) keeping the water cold. Really that's all we could ask for!
