Things you must know before buying! I bought this game for a scary night stream, and I have to say, the chills and sheer terror it provides are beyond amazing. This genuinely tests your decision-making skills under pressure. Trying to anticipate the next turn of events kept my anxiety running high throughout the entire playthrough—an aspect I absolutely love in a game of this genre. The perfectly timed jump scares also provided some great, humorous reactions from my audience during the stream. The graphics are absolutely stunning. The beautiful mountain scenery contrasts sharply with the creepy, atmospheric settings, which made the experience feel incredibly immersive. The attention to detail really heightens the tension and overall enjoyment. This is a must-play for horror fans and streamers alike. The music is also beyond incredible. I use a 7.1 surround sound headset, and the heart-thumping or low, ambient tones made my skin crawl. The sound design is top-tier and essential for the full experience.

Was never a fan of horror games until playing this. Resident Evil was always boring and I couldn't care less about the characters. This is just the opposite. Every decision matters and the tension is real. Great to play with a friend or group, or just alone with the lights off.

The best horror choice story driven game ever made. This game is absolutely outstanding. The casting is perfect. The graphics are very good. Sound quality is good except the music seems a little different than the original version. As for the update. This game looks like a completely different game. The characters do not look anything like the original characters in some ways that’s good in some way that’s bad but what really shines through is the gameplay heavily story driven horror aspect of this every choice you make affects the outcome of the game. I would give this game six star rating if possible as I said earlier this game will go hands-down. The best story driven horror game ever created. Yeah.

Until dawn was amazing game on ps4 it was first time you played a horror movie with real actors n actress and choose their actions n dialogue in the game . Now it 2024 it back on ps5 it this is both remastered n remake of the game it has better graphics n performance and faithful to original with something added n change and this made by ballistic not supoermassive . With 3D audio u feel more into game itself as u hear everything and it works with dual sense control so u can feel the game as u play it . If u loved ps4 you will enjoy this one as well . Ps4 was good system but ps5 is amazing system to own and making new n classic ps4 game for ps5 better the ones ppl love last of us n zero horizon dawn n Spider-Man n now this game . This inspired the horror Anthology’s n the quarry. This game is so good it now official working on until dawn 2 .

I'd never played Until Dawn, but after playing the Quarry earlier this year, I decided I really liked the style of the game and I wanted to play the remastered version of Until Dawn when it came out. Overall I really liked the game, but you can tell it's older and the team had made some noticeable improvements in the Quarry that were not present in Until Dawn, even with the remastering. The pacing was a bit off at times, the characters weren't really likeable, but my biggest frustration came at the end when a single choice (which was not particularly clear what was right or wrong) led to an instantaneous death of 3 characters. To re-try and get a new ending, I'd have to play the entire final chapter again. I know it's kind of the point of the game, but it felt rough to make a single mistake with such huge impact. Overall I really enjoyed the game, and will probably play through again to try and get a new ending, but I just wanted to share my experience as someone who was playing quite casually.

Having played the original when it first came out; I was really looking forward to this one. I haven’t completed it yet but have noticed some changes that I’m mostly ok with. The soundtrack is different so “Oh Death” doesn’t play for the intro but I enjoyed the new one. They’ve added new elements to the prologue and even though it’s been several years there has been some scenes that seem new to me. The scenes outdoors are beautiful so the new graphic engine is really noticeable walking around the cabin and the forests. I wish it were a $40 game having been a remaster; but I’m still happy with it.

I played this before and the improvements of the game change. They added so much new things in the game that it look very appealing. I wasn't really going to buy this because I play the original one multiple times, but I decided to purchase PS5 version which I never had, to see how if I can tell the difference because I want to see all the hype is about. I didn't finish the game but I will eventually will. It also got a new intro with dope song.
