    • Good cell but Android use almost 8G of the internal storage
I gave it a 5 star because it is a great phone as well the customer service that I have received after my original review. The issue is that with all the Apps that are now part of the operatizing system it uses almost half of the internal storage and most cannot be moved to the SD card.

I purchased this phone for my daughter. She is a gamer, there is so little memory on this phone, she wasn't even able to download 1 game. Not even 1. So I bought an SD memory card. The phone wouldn't read it. So I complained. The store didn't seem helpful at first, but by the end of the conversation, a new phone was on the way and I wasn't even required to send back the first one! I was like OK, maybe they redeemed themselves. Nope. New phone arrived, still wouldn't recognize the SD card. Different SD card, same outcome. Smaller SD card, still won't read it. So if you plan on doing anything besides talking on the phone or texting, this is not the phone for you. She can't even take not than 5 pix with the camera. Very dissatisfied! I love this phone, I have no problem's with it at all, the battery life is amazing on this phone, but (just a little note), it takes three to four hours to charge, color is amazing, hold a lot of apps, very light in weight.

I bought this phone to replace a Doogee 5000 that was old and running android 7. I saw the Motorola Moto Pure g for sale on Amazon and it looked nice and cost $60. It was advertised as 5G and was locked to the Tracfone network. Since all our phones use Tracfone I thought it was a pretty good deal and I still do. The only problem I had was trying to order the right case for it. After ordering the wrong one and broke it trying to modify it to the fone, I just threw it away. I finally found the right one, I hope, and waiting to receive it. If it doesn't workout, I'll be back to add any additional comments. ... show more

Those are not unlocked they do not work in Africa they are not gsm at all i sent them in senegal they are not working i pay them with expensive fees nobody can use them there
