I ordered a refurbished phone (Note 20) from hybrid it. It came in quickly and looked brand new (no scratches or anything), well done to them. Unfortunately the screen stopped working within a few days of getting. It sucks, but things happen. Contacted hybrid it, customer service was prompt and the sent me a new phone in a few days. I need my phone for work, so it hurt business a little, but I had my old broken phone (reason for buying a new one) and we made it work. Got the new phone, it worked for a few days, then the screen on the new phone bricks again. Understand, my phones are always screen protected, in a case, and typically left in a safe place if not in use. The only reason my old phone broke and needed a new one was because I let a customer use it to make a call and the dropped it on a tile floor busting the screen and camera. So I need my phone desperately for work for the next few days and try to contact the seller. No response. Needing a phone ASAP, I decided to go to my local ATT and trade my bricked phone in for a new phone which was super expensive and was trying to avoid. To be fair, when I checked my message on my new new phone there was finally a response, (maybe there was some issue with Amazon chat on my PC), but the representatives messages seemed a little put out that I was contacting them again (context can be hard to interpret though text so who knows, maybe I was just in a bad mood after all that). Either way I had two phone from the seller brick on me in a few weeks and ended up having to spend even more money on another phone just to keep business going (which defeated the purpose of buying the refurbished phone all together). Not saying they are a bad company, and maybe I just drew the short straw, but that was my experience and will now be more skeptical on buying from this hybrid it and refurbished products in the future. ... show more

It works like most androids. The battery thou, is awful. It dies twice as fast as my old Motorola. I don't love that it won't register a fingerprint with a screen protector. You cannot assign certain sounds to certain apps. Other than that, camera is excellent, vivid colors, the stylus is a wonderful bonus. The Phone Is Really Nice And In Flawless condition. Works Excellent with just 1 flaw.. Finger print reader is in a bad spot in the screen.. This Is because with glass screen protector, reader is not functional.. It Can be over looked cause phone has other unlock methods.. Purchased for the wife to replace a Note 8 & She Loves it.. The phone looks great, no damages. Gets hot really fast and doesn't hold charge at all. Screen is wonderful storage space not even close to full, so I'll have a lot of things to store. I don't think this phone may last very long, probably a yr or so, and I'll have to replace the battery

I purchased the Samsung Note 20, and it arrived in beautiful condition — looked practically brand new. Unfortunately, I was never able to get it to work properly with my service provider, T-Mobile. I spoke with four different IT support people, and we tried troubleshooting several times, but the phone kept falling off the network. I couldn’t make or receive calls or texts, which made it completely unreliable. I ended up having to return the phone and get brand-new ones directly through T-Mobile instead. I returned this phone on October 6th, and as of November 2nd, I still haven’t received my refund — which feels a bit unreasonable given the price of the device.
