First off this phone is a knock off of a Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra. But in my humble opinion an excellent one for the price. I'm over estatic how well this phones performed thus far. I've only had it for a week, but so far so excellent. This phone for me is an upgrade from a Samsung Galaxy A32, which was ok, but nothing compared to this phone. The display is awesome, the speed, feel and over all performance is beyond my expectations. So now the cons; the case and earbuds are no good. And I haven't had luck yet finding a case that fits correctly. It also came with a screen protector that fit perfect. Overall this phones a 5 star investment. As Far as people having issues with the service, I had none. I have t mobile and when I installed my SIM card I was immediately able to make calls. It's actually showing that I'm using at@t towers, which I'm not sure how that can be, but in my opinion a bonus. Another small con is when I did start the phone up it had no set up feature. I just back up'ed my Google account and then downloaded everything on to this phone and it worked perfectly. Another important note is like most new phones you have to go into your settings and set up a new APN profile to enable your mobile data. If you don't do this you won't be able to get online. Either Google search for these parameters with your carrier or call customer care to have them walk you through this process. It's very simple and once you do this the phone will work with your data plan. Whatever, complaints that the other reviews are saying are false as far as I'm concerned. Personally I could care a less if it's a knockoff or not, the phone exceeds my expectations and in many ways seems even better than a Samsung Galaxy. Bluetoothing my audio devices sounds twice as clear as my Samsung Galaxy. Hopefully, this phone holds up in the upcoming future. I would highly recommend buying this phone and no I was not paid for this review. This is my opinion that you can't go wrong buying this phone and you will be very pleased with your purchase.

NOT UNLOCKED CARRIER! My carrier says its not compatible then shamed me for buying an off brand phone. The phone is considerably slower than stated and the camera is not as good as stated. We ordered a purple and a green phone and both seem to be different models and the purple is suddenly no longer even listed. They came with different cases, one was heavier than the other, and the camera sticks out more on the lighter one. They didnt do the start up process of a normal phone, just immediately were on the home page which seemed weird

I did not like this phone. I had it for one day before I decided that it was crappy. I returned it very quickly. It did not have all the functions that an android phone should have. Yes it was light and thin but not worth it when I couldn't do what I needed to.
