After about a year of use I noted the back cover started to come off the phone. Within a couple of months it had completely separated. All due tot he crappy battery that was installed swelling up and forcing the cover off. 10/10 I wanted a pixel and this was under a $100 for a pixel 4 which is my favorite for the no fingerprint on it, just my preference plus nice phone with other pixel products buds and soon a watch

I like almost everything about this phone, really fast despite its age, has some neat features such as being able to control your music by waving your hand over the screen, sensors on the sides that can detect you squeezing the device that will allow you to snooze alarms or open assistant, and the camera is amazing, taking beautiful high detail pictures. No expandable storage sadly and the wireless charging just does not work (a known issue with certain Pixel devices). This is a Verizon OEM device and so the bootloader is locked on it not allowing for downgrading or custom firmware to increase the longevity of the device or allowing root for expanded features. The battery is about 80% its original capacity which does at least last me through a shift and is still fine for me for the most part. ... show more

The Pixel 4 is an amazing phone, even now. It's beautifully made, and I actually really like the smaller size. To be able to buy a phone of this quality for such a low price is great. (Only negatives I noticed about the phone itself are relatively short battery life and 64GB non-expandable memory.) And my "renewed" phone looked totally new. However, there are couple of things potential buyers need to know. First, the Pixel 4's last guaranteed Android update shipped in October, 2022. So there may not be any more updates, and Android 14 won't be supported. If you plan to keep the phone for a long time, that may become a security issue. At the very least, you will want to check into this. Also--and this is the more serious issue, to me--if you're planning, as I was, to avoid the EOL issue by rooting the phone and installing a custom ROM (Lineage, for instance), be advised that that may not be possible. Apparently there are two "levels" of unlocking for these phones. The first allows them to be used on any carrier. These phones are unlocked in that sense. The second "level" of unlocking allows custom ROMs to be installed. If your phone was originally from Verizon (and you can tell by looking up the IMEI), the option to do that is greyed out under Developer Options, and there is apparently absolutely nothing to be done about that. The combination of a soon-to-be-obsolete version of Android and the inability to install custom ROMS was too much for me, so I reluctantly returned the phone. If those issues aren't showstoppers for you, this may be a great choice. ... show more

Solo han pasado unos días de que lo recibí, volveré a actualizar. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Me acabo de percatar que una de las dos bocinas del teléfono no funciona. No lo había notado al inicio. This is my second pixel phone. I had the original Pixel 1st gen. I love the Pixel 4. I wasn't sure if I would like going back to a smaller screen size, but I found I actually prefer this size. It fits in my pockets better and it fits in my hands better. I use to drop my cell all the time while walking and I believe it was due to the fact that it too large for my hands and it just kept slipping out. I gave the battery life a 3-star because I am not impressed with the longevity. But full disclaimer, the only phone I was impressed with concerning battery life, was my old apple 5s. I think apple makes superior batteries. Also I noticed, you take a hit with battery life the more features you utilize. So all the new features that Google put into this phone from the older models, reduce battery life. So since battery life is more a priority for me, I don't use the features because I. Wouldn't be able to anyways later in the day because my phone would've died. So that kind of sucks, but overall it's something I can overlook, since features aren't the number one thing I'm looking for most of the time. I gave 4 stars for face recognition. It was working perfect for the first week, but for some reason once I started doing updates, it wouldn't recognize me at all. I deleted the data and redid it and it's working again. So we will see if it stays accurate. At least it was a quick fix. Other than that, it works everytime. One star for the seller Avant Solutions. They obviously didn’t check the phone too thoroughly. The selfie camera doesn’t work and I found that out while doing a zoom job interview. Thanks. Didn’t get the job obviously. Super inconvenient as when you return a phone you then can’t access any of your account because they verify you with the phone number. Never will buy from them again. ... show more
