I like to tap my phone and go when I make purchases at the store , but this phone is not compatible with Google pay because it’s saying that it’s jailbroken and unrooted. That’s not fair. Phone cases won't even fit this phone and mic doesn't work.

I was really excited when I saw this phone and thought that the price was right and I was getting some cute features. I got the phone and I charged it for use the next day. By the time my lunch break hit - of my first day using the phone, It was down to 10 percent and I had to charge it in the middle of the day. I stay walking around with a backup charger because I never know when the phone will lose its charge. If I had another phone I would return this phone for a full refund, but I do not have another phone and so I am stuck with this one. I would not recommend anyone else buy this phone. The features work ok for the most part but the batter does not hold its charge and I am already looking at buying another phone to replace this one - that I just bought last week. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This phone arrived very quickly in excellent condition, with no damage or scratches. I bought it as an upgrade from my old phone. I'm very happy that it comes with it's own Stylus pen. However, if the Stylus pen is inserted the wrong way, it gets a little bit jammed and I have to dig it out gently with my fingernail. If it's inserted the right way, it clicks into place perfectly. Anything backed up through Google can be synced to the phone. Apps can't be transferred, unless you have an SD card. As far as which carriers it'd be compatible with, I've noticed some mixed reviews... I've been using it with my Boost Mobile SIM card and it works just fine. My guess is that it's most likely compatible with prepaid service plans- not contract services. But I could be wrong. I have three dislikes about this phone: First, is being that there is no auxilary input for my earbuds. The phone comes with a pair of earbuds that plug into the C charger, but they're not the kind of earpieces that I can use. I can't plug it into my car radio, either... If anyone LOVES listening to their music while they drive, like I do, it's a little bit of a bummer. But I do have a Bluetooth speaker to somewhat make up for it. I'm planning to get a pair of Bluetooth earbuds when I get the chance. Second, is the camera quality: It's a bit grainy, which I'd expected from most of the Android phones that I've owned before. I've installed an "HD Camera" into mine that looks to have some improvement. Third (and this is a BIG one)... There are NO phone cases made for this phone yet. At least, from where I've looked. But I've tried to look everywhere that I can think of. There is a clear rubber case that's included, but it does nothing to protect the screen. If anyone knows where I can find one, please share the info. Since the phone looks very similar to the Samsung S24 Ultra, I'd assumed that the phone case I'd ordered would fit... It's a little bit too small for the phone. I'd really like to be able to find a protective case ASAP because I use my phone a lot for work purposes. And I'm FAMOUS for my dropping my phone approx. two times per day. So far, it hasn't happened with this new phone yet. In the meantime, I've been given the idea to make my own custom phone case out of faux leather fabric. I enjoy doing some arts and crafts, so I'm willing to test it out. I'd prefer to have a case that's shock-proof in the long-run. But if it doesn't happen, oh well. Overall, I give the phone a 7/10. ... show more
