The topper is very shiny and looks abit fake to the natural eye. However when it's clipped in its so soft and silky. It came with a cute brush and extra clips. I ordered the 16" but it seems short because it sits directly on my shoulders. The colour was perfect and delivery was super fast. The only problem I have is that whenever I style it for example when I curl it to blend with my natural hair the styling doesn't stay. It doesn't take heat well and doesn't not retain any of the styles I try to do. I had to sew in the extra clips because it is not very stable and when its windy it often moves out of place. Update. I bought this hair in May for $198. It is now $330 big fat dollars! It's not bad for $198. For $330 no way! I have purchased two of these, and the area around the front -- the bang area -- is weirdly thick and lumpy. I cut bangs into this and it poofs up in that area looking weird and unnatural. I understand pric3es have increased because of the pandemic, but this is just a rip off. Knowing what I know now after purchasing two, I'd say it's worth under $100. ... show more

The item that came was very different from what was advertised. 2020 purchase, and still wrong item is being sold. Cap was not at all the same as pictured on photos. I was willing to take a chance and order, despite the possibility of receiving the wrong item. Buyer beware!
