I bought this for my 2009 NISSAN ROUGE, in Sept 2017. And it worked GREAT!! I live in Texas where it gets easily in the 100's in the summer. So the rest of 2017 and all of 2018 it worked GREAT. Here we are in March 2019, its cold some days, other days its in the 80's, my A/C is DONE. GONE. It doesn't need free-on, its the compressor. Terrible experiencia el compresor solo duro unos cuantos meses ahora está haciendo un ruido y lo tengo que remplazar otra vez no lo compraré con este vendedor. Tuve que comprar otro clutch y cambiarlo yo mismo y gaste más en fin mala experiencia.

    • Save your money.
This worked great while it lasted. I bought this in end of june 2017. It is now September 2018 and this compressor has an open clutch coil. I checked for warranty and it is only (drum roll please) one year! For 165.00 I would expect it to last longer. Save your money and forget anything made by UAC.

    • Didn't get to install it until November... Bought in Sept. Lasted, 10 minutes in the car.
Compressor clutch surged and died. Since it's been so long, can't return and "what" warranty come to find out $200 later. Do not buy.,

The product fits and worked fine for a few months. Purchased in July, by December the AC Clutch has already blown. Says the product carries a one year warranty, but good luck meeting the criteria if you didnt have a dealership install the product. Looks good, works short term, but not solid replacement for OEM if cant make it a year in FLA. ... show more

Bought this when this compressor had all 5 stars...unfortunately like some other customers it ran great for a couple of months then stopped working...I changed out the compressor myself but had the dealership draw vacuum and charge the AC...contacted the manufacturer and have not heard back on the warranty... ... show more

The compressor leaked in less than a year i do not recommend this item. Install was 500 with charge. So I am out over 700 bummer

    • Not listed as 08 Rogue compatible anymore???
Terrible. Bought in July 2017, failed in Jan 2018. In July it was listed as compatible with 08 Nissan Rogues, now it does not. Many of the reviews and question/answers are about it fitting a Rogue. So that change is shady enough. I guess you get what you pay for.
