The picture isn’t the best because we haven’t properly placed the rug yet but it’s exactly what we wanted. Once it’s in place, the bumps from being packaged will smooth out. We did a basement remodeling and needed a carpet that would accent the space. This carpet really did the job. Also, it is so soft that the cat and dog now loves sleeping on it.

If you are looking for design, this is a pretty area rug. However, it is thin and not plush so when you walk on it, it is like walking on a hard/bare floor. It also took awhile (months) for the folds/buckles to go away from the way it was packaged for shipping; so I had to place heavy items on it. After installing it in my bedroom, I noticed it was not 100% square, so it drove me a bit crazy with my OCD. I finally laid it in such a way as to hide the unevenness of it with furniture. Otherwise, I still have it and it is holding up very well. However, if you are looking for something a bit more plush, this is not it but it does look very pretty.
