Bag is solid. Flew from US to Canada and back, bag held well still like new. The ski straps inside the bag is a crucial feature to keep the 2 skis separate and not cutting into each other or other stuff in the bag. The only caveat to watch out for is the length - size 175 only fits at most 168cm skis, so if your skis are longer it won't fit in the bag. ... show more

This is well made and we'll padded with all the functions you'd want for a ski bag. I got this specifically for flying. My only complaint is that the length is short. Not a problem for me as my skis aren't over 160 but my friend uses 165 and I wasn't able to get hers in without stretching the bag. Just keep that in mind. ... show more

This bag was perfectly sized for what I needed and survived a round trip flight with nothing breaking! The sides are slightly padded and the zipper was durable so I feel confident in using this bag again next time I have to go traveling. Airports call it oversize luggage but airlines usually exempt snow/winter equipment from those charges, but it may still appear in the oversize collection bins once you land. Held 153cm skis, boots, poles, helmet, coat/pants. Had to add hiking boots and misc items to the end opposite of the ski boots to balance it out for walking but that's cool by me! Wheels on one end would have been nice but overall I'm happy with this bag!

I really, really wanted to like this bag. The price is right. It looks great. My skis and gear fit great. However, it has already began to rip on my third flight. So I would recommend that you shell out a couple more dollars for something a bit more sturdy if you are flying with your equipment OR buy this if you don't plan to fly much or at all with it. ... show more
