The description said this bag is intended for a snowboard and I was aware of that, I ordered it planning to use it for something else which was fishing poles -so I guess I didn’t really think about how large a snowboard is, but according to this bag they are LARGE I am just barely under 5ft 5” and I could easily fit inside this bag -zip it up, and still have room to spare inside It has been working out for storing fishing poles just fine, the 3 additional smaller side pockets have been perfect for holding things like my tackle box, broken down fishing poles, and even snacks /drinks I recently went fishing and had this bag with me when it began to rain -after deciding I no longer could handle being out in the rain and went back to my car, I was very surprised to find the inside of the bag to not have even a drop of water even though it had been getting poured on for almost an hour It’s made tough and stitched strong , I think this bag will definitely be around for awhile and I would be shocked to find a rip or hole in it since the material is so thick and heavy duty This bag is completely soft all the way around - there is no hard bottom or sides, it’s like a very long, very large, odd shaped duffle bag (duffel bag since they’re typically made soft throughout) Since I chose to use for fishing poles, it’s not the most ideal when it comes time to carry the bag, since fishing poles are fragile and there is nothing to support this bag from folding over and nothing to protect the poles from being bent or broke A snowboard you wouldn’t have that problem since a snowboard isn’t as flimsy and fragile so I can see why this bag could be ideal for that Plus The side pockets definitely are large enough to fit the boots into ... show more

Bag is oversized. Good quality material and zipper. Padded compartment for board that is lined with reflective material. Additional storage compartments for gear. Not for the minimalist but nice way to organize your gear with your board so your ready to head out and hit the pow.

Used for snow sports clothing since my skis are 176 cm and don’t fit into this bag. Not the fault of the manufacturer, I just got the size of my skis wrong. Great for keeping my truck free of snow, water and other debris.

This is a very roomy bag. I like that there is a carrying strap, and straps on the inside to secure the board. The bag also rolls up nicely when not in use. I like the outside storage and look forward to testing it out soon. I will edit with additional information. First let me point out that this bag is advertised as fitting up to a 160cm snow board. Well I was able to fit my 164cm into it with out issue!. The listing has better pictures that what I am posting here. This bag has a silvered interior main compartment, and three secondary compartments that are also have silvered interiors. The central compartment is larger in size than the two end compartments, but wouldn't be of much use space wise, if you are carrying a board with bindings attached as they will intrude into the central compartment's "space". The two end compartments would be perfect for each of you snowboard boots, as they will miss each of the bindings (depending on board size and binding placement). There are two straps to hold your board in place, and there is an exterior handle and a detachable shoulder strap for carrying. Construction is solid, though the bag feels really "Stiff", but that will probably soften up as this bag gets use. Overall a very good bag. ... show more

Material feels durable and the zippers appear to be of decent quality. The bag it’s self has a lot of room after the board is placed and I like the three pockets which are fairly deep.

    • Well made board bag with lots of organization perfect for air travel
I'm really happy with this snowboard bag, as I was looking for a good solution to bring my snowboard and gear in a single bag for checking in with airlines on longer distance trips. It has separate compartments that can easily be loaded with things like jacket, pants, base layers, gloves, etc. The main compartment fits my snowboard with bindings on, though with bindings it leaves less space in the compartments, but the bag is a padded soft side material so it can conform to whatever you have in there. The bag comes packed down into a folded up plastic wrap, I was impressed that it opened out into this large of a bag from such a small package. The only downside of this is the zipper tracks have a folded crease in a couple straight sections making it a bit tricky to get the zipper to close/open past the creases. I've been leaving the bag fully laid out for a few days and this seems to have helped the creases level out over time. I have yet to travel with this but the quality of the material and zippers seem more durable than the thin burton bag I have previously been using for years, so this is definitely an upgrade for me. Would recommend this bag for anyone needing more storage and protection for their board and gear, especially for travel. It has multiple ways to carry the bag and it's well designed. ... show more
