This is a great standing desk for the money. Very well built, sturdy and good looking. The paint job is great, very glossy and thick. It was very easy to put it together alone, but I’m a handy guy, perhaps some parts are a bit heavy for a lady doing it by herself. The difficulty is the same as an IKEA furniture piece, the installation manual is pretty good, very descriptive with good pictures and helps you get it done in one clean shot. All the screws holes in the metal parts and the table top were perfectly aligned, but I must add that on the first try some of the table top holes were off by 1/8” so I could not get all screws in; I had to loosen the screws of the legs support that come pre-screwed to the table top to allow all screws in and then tight then all. I got all the pieces I need for installation, no extra screws or pieces and all very well packed, really neat. The motor is not too loud, runs smooth, the controls are pretty nice sensitive touch buttons with 4 memories. It’s very stable even in low carpet at maximum height, but it’s also pretty heavy. The table top is the standard 24”x48”, but I wish it was at least 30” deep, you’d get a lot more room in your desk. I’ll probably swap the table top later on by an IKEA Övaryd, but it’s out of stock due to the pandemic. I recommend it 100%, I’m loving it. ... show more

I must admit that I was very hesitant to buying something like this sight unseen and relying on such a big and heavy item arriving possibly damaged and having to deal with that mess. That said, I am very impressed with this item and the whole process. Ordered on a Saturday and it arrived the following Thursday...a few days earlier than I expected. Unlike other similar desks, package arrived in one box and packed extremely well. There were some dings on the box which is unavoidable these days, but I think given the size and weight played to my advantage because it can’t be easily thrown around in route. Upon opening the box, I was again pleasantly surprised with how well everything was packed and organized. Took roughly 30 mins to put together with an electronic screwdriver. Instructions were relatively simple to follow and nothing was damaged or flawed. Based on some of the reviews I’ve seen while shopping around, one of the concerns about sit stand desks is the sturdiness once extended. Happy to say it’s fairly stable and secure fully extended. Fitting of extension legs are fairly snug, which helps I’m sure and there’s no discernible wobbling with the table top. Finally, motor is fairly quiet as well. The only criteria that’s outstanding is the longevity of the motor. If I run into any problems I’ll be sure to update this review, but initial takeaway is this is a good product and I would certainly purchase again or recommend. ... show more

I was looking for a stand up desk within a reasonable price point. This thing does all it needs to without breaking my bank. I can sit at it comfortably (I’m 6’2”) and stand at it comfortably. The presets make stand up and sit down quick and easy (a note on presets below). Some items of note: - The framing of this desk is heavy duty. I was truly surprised at the weight of the legs. This alone made me feel great about the purchase. - Installation was simple for me. If you put together IKEA furniture, you can definitely do this. Just pay attention to the photos and keep things loose until all screws are in place before snugging them. For the drive bar, you have to tug on the end with the gasket to make it extend and finagle with the connection to the motor side (docked a star for “easy to assemble” because of this). Be patient and gentle. It’ll connect together. - Coloring was just as expected and the packaging was superb. No dents, dings, or scratches. - I couldn’t find any user manual for working the presets. If you want to set them, set the desk to the height you like and then press S immediately followed by the desired preset number (e.g., S then 2). You can simply press the number next time to automatically adjust to the desired the height. ... show more

I like this desk, and it was recommended (and paid for) by work. It goes up and down pretty quickly, the motor works great and is quiet, and having the multiple settings is good to not have to manually adjust each time you want to sit or stand. That said, I used a monitor arm to hold dual monitors, and it causes the front of my desk to tilt upward due to the weight. I can't seem to tighten anything to level it out, and while it's not a major issue, if you lean on the front of it, it sways back toward you. So just be aware of that if you're looking to use this with multiple monitors attached to the desk. ... show more

    • Far exceeded my expectations!
Lots of options available for this type of desk, with prices all over the map. But this UNICOO product is really good, in my opinion. It came very well packed, in a single box (very heavy -- impressed that the UPS guy could lift it by himself). Packaging is very good -- nothing damaged or scratched. All screw types are in their own little bags and well marked -- even spares of each type). Instructions are well written and illustrated (maybe a little small). Everything fit together perfectly. Took me about 45 minute to put it together (including eating a sandwich during the task). The top, though a laminate, is REALLY NICE -- I did not expect this to be the case. Rounded edges on the top surface are a nice touch. Operation is smooth and quiet. Keypad is nicely implemented, with 4-position memory which works consistently. The whole thing is very solid and sturdy, even at the standing height. Motor is visible, which my wife commented on -- I don't think this is a big deal, but probably could have been designed to rotate it 90 degrees up, and out of view. Again, no big deal. I am very impressed with this desk, and I have recommended it to my co-workers. I think my wife and I will be fighting over its use. ... show more
