I don’t use these consistently to be able to say if they’re life changing. But they do help my eyes FEEL better on days that I’m super tired. I keep them in the refrigerator and the coldness helps my eyes too. Only thing is that they slide down so much, I have to lay completely flat on my back when I use them. I have two toddlers.
