I am 5'7", @125 lbs. The suggested size was a small -- but for running, I certainly don't want tight shorts so I got a medium. These fit perfectly. For years, I have worn Nike shorts, but these were so much less expensive. Better deal and just as comfortable.

Great for running. Built-in briefs underwear. Small pocket in the back to hold a key. I love the dolphin style. I think it’s very flattering. I’m 5’5” 145 lb and got a Medium in the 001 and 002 black but had to get a Large in the 023 for more coverage. It’s the a little bit snug, but I am trying to lose weight by running. Shorts are mid rise, right below my belly button, and comfortable. The only thing I would change is that I wish they were like an inch longer to avoid riding up and thigh rubbing, but it’s not bad. ... show more

Ordered a medium but was way too tight.. soo I ordered a large and fit perfect not too tight not too loose.. the strings help tighten around waist.. usually I’m a medium but does run small.. I do have more of a bigger (booty), small waist, I’m 5”0.. Then again Becus the inside lining have to order large Without it I’m a medium..hope this helps ... show more

Just bought my second pair. These are super comfortable and flattering. I was looking for something to chase my toddler around in that wasn’t too sexy or super frumpy and these are pretty much perfect! My only complaint is they don’t have a pocket, but if they did I probably would hate how the zipper laid or something, so I’m not knocking any stars for that. 5’2” ~135 athletic with a booty - medium fit me best ... show more

I got these while on sale for $12, so you get what you oh for I guess. They have a bit of a weird fit and after a wash, they shrunk a bit. I would suggest going up a size.
