I've used this brand for many years now. The Under Armour Women’s Crossback Mid Impact Sports Bra fits great (I never use the inner padding cups). I am 5'3" and 98 lbs, narrow framed. All my Under Armour bras, including this one, work great for hiking, running, ballet, weight lifting. Although it says medium support, I find it supports just fine for my 30 - 40 minute runs. This is a good bra. It fits as expected, it does give a bit of uni-boob and I do end up adjusting the girls once or twice whilst wearing. I'm a 36DD and purchased the XL. Removable padding will always be annoying. I wouldn’t have bothered purchasing if it hadn’t been so cheap on lightning and alway nice to have one white sports bra. I’m 34b, usually a M in sports bras and this fit accordingly.

This is the best sports bra I’ve found for my bigger chest. I’ve found that a lot of “high impact” are bulky and uncomfortable but I just got into running and more working out and needed something I’d feel comfortable in. Although it says mid impact, it really holds me in even when running.
