I absolutely love these shirts. First found out about Under Armour when I was on Active Duty and these were authorized for use. I was stationed in some very humid areas and these shirts worked well to keep me cool under my BDU/ACU blouse. Now, as a civilian, I use these for hiking, I just used it last night to hike to the top of Yosemite Falls and it keeps me cool and protected from the sun. It also is very breathable and doesn't leave you soaking in sweat. I love that it's not the typical compression fit that UA usually does but it is more of a loose fit. Bought this for a vacation Punta Cana in case I got sun burnt. Never got burnt but would wear in cool evenings. Since then it’s great when you know it’ll cool down at night since it’s fine for the day but superior to a short sleeve at night.

This fits a bit small. I can usually pull off a large if needed as long as shirts don't run small. I bought an XL and it feels kind of like a large. I'm 6' 230lbs. It's more short than tight. So, I would recommend a size up to hopefully compensate for lack of length.
