I am 5'9" muscular and about 195 lbs. I bought the XL and it fit pretty good, not too long either - didn't feel like I was wearing a dress. Very light but does not show nipples, which is nice given the off orange color. It is SALMON in color in everyone's opinion. Great shirts, a smidge pricey. I've bought them in about 8 different colors. Make sure you get the ones that are I believe 60% cotton 40% Polyester if you scroll down you will notice that for several of the colors the ration is not the same.
