I honestly love everything about these Project Rock sleeveless shirts. The quality is absolutely there, the material is super thin, but that’s completely the point of the shirt. It’s meant to feel lightweight and breathable, especially if you’re working out, outside in the heat, or just trying to stay comfortable. The colors, the fit, and the overall appearance of these shirts just make you feel cool wearing them. I’m not even joking when I say these things can make almost anybody look like a gym rat instantly. They’re also incredibly soft. That stood out to me right away. Now, with Under Armour and especially Project Rock gear, sizing is something you really need to pay attention to because a lot of their stuff runs a little small and athletic fitting. I already knew that going in, so for the three shirts I bought, I intentionally sized up and even bought extra tall versions. For example, I went with a 2XL Tall knowing I wanted a little extra length past the stomach and hips. I’m honestly glad I did because they ended up fitting really comfortably that way. And I’ll admit it, even when I’m just outside working in the yard, I feel like I look pretty cool wearing these shirts. That sounds ridiculous, but it’s true. Now, I do want to give a fair warning to some of the bigger guys out there who may not necessarily feel comfortable in sleeveless athletic shirts like this. The chest and armpit area can get a little loose depending on your body type and the way the fabric hangs. Which means yes, if you bend a weird way, sit a certain way, or move around a lot, there is the possibility of what I’ll jokingly call an “inadvertent nip slip.” There just isn’t a lot cradling that area sometimes because of how open the armholes are designed. Now personally, that doesn’t bother me at all. I’m at home a lot, I’m comfortable in my own skin, and I’m shirtless half the time anyway. But if you’re someone who is a little more bashful wearing sleeveless shirts around people, just be aware that the cut of these shirts is very open around the upper body area. But aside from the humor and the fair warning, I can honestly tell you I absolutely love these shirts.
