Beautiful phone and excellent price. Sadly, I had to return it. T-Mobile has a weak signal in the area where I live. The UMIDIGI F3 SE phone (which is 4G LTE) would not pick up / ring on an incoming calls while I am inside my home or nearby. A few miles away where the T-Mobile signal is stronger, the phone rings on incoming calls. Outgoing calls, in/out SMS, and WIFI work fine. When I transferred the SIM card to a 5G phone that I borrowed, the 5G phone picked up / rang on incoming calls hile I am inside my home or nearby. UMIDIGI sent me instructions to test and capture and share the log file. I did. UMIDIGI is investigating. I hope they will figure out the problem. In my specific case, a 5G phone seems to be the solution. ... show more

I bought the phone just to get by for a few days since I broke my phone and I needed it one asap. The reception is obsolete. Don't buy this product, this is a completely failure. I thought I was getting a good product 😕. No way!!!!

This is a good phone. Lightweight and thin. Email, texting, internet worked fine. I spent a lot of time texting, emailing, messaging and talking to Mint Mobile and Amazon IT. To no avail. Finally, I returned the first phone and received a replacement. Right out of the box it had the same issue. No calling out and could not receive calls. I'm waiting now to hear from Umidigi. I want this phone to work so badly but I'm thinking that won't happen. If it functioned like a cell phone is supposed to I would give it 4 stars. The battery seems to drain quickly and the camera isn't that great but I always have a charger nearby and I don't take a lot of pictures. ... show more
