The media could not be loaded. Needed an inexpensive backup phone to use when I don't want to take my daily driver, the Samsung S25+, with me, ie. to the beach, the gym, etc. I've had good luck with Umidigi branded products previously, that, the price and it's availability in green secured the 9x as my choice. I've only had it for a few days at this point, but so far I'm really happy with it. I love the color. The green really pops. Even my wife gave it a compliment. Anytime I get a new toy, in this case the phone, I use it for a few days to make sure it's functioning properly and suitable for my purposes. It's a solid phone for the price. There are a few things I'd like to see improved, but for less than a hundred bucks I can't really complain. I'd like more memory, and I'd like some minor issues with the operating system changed, and maybe more robust wifi support, but at the price point I can overlook those minor things. The screen is competent, the battery life is excellent and the phone performs competently at its budget price point. I love that Umidigi continues to provide a charger, charging cable and basic phone case in the box as well. For one hundred dollars I got the phone and everything I needed to use it without spending another dime on accessories. Premium price phone makers should be embarrassed. If this is your budget for a phone, the G9X is an excellent choice. It will be my backup phone until one of my kids breaks their phone and needs it. Lol. I can highly recommend this phone!

This phone might have the highest value out of any I've used. I paid less than $100 for it and what I got is incredible for the price. The phone is responsive and does everything I need. The fingerprint sensor is fast and accurate and face unlock also works well. The battery life is also incredible, I never have to worry about it. I would absolutely recommend this phone. When I first received the phone the fingerprint sensor didn't work, but I was able to work with their support to quickly resolve the issue. The customer support experience was top notch. It also has many small things that new flagship phones don't these days. The headphone jack was nice as was the included charger. Both things that apple stopped including years ago.

Although I have not gotten much real time usage so far I've liked what I've seen. This is the largest screen smartphone device that I have owned. Using a smartphone the whole day at work as a requirement in this larger screen is nice. I like the feel of the side buttons I I don't have to question whether I actually pressed it down enough. It comes with a screen protector and clear case a really nice touch to get you going. Update to come after real time usage however solid device so far.

This is a piece of CRAP! First of all it DOESN'T hold a charge! If it's left all day then you go to pick it up to use it ITS DEAD from being fully charged when you laid it down! There are too many other things to list but if it's dead in less than 12 hours from a full charge that enough to say it's worthless! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
