Out of the box, the phone comes with a decent basic case and a pre-applied screen protector. Saves me time and money and the case gives me a good grip on the phone as I use it. I also like that a SIM tray popper is included. You can use two SIM cards or one SIM card and one micro-SD card. I personally use just one SIM and a 64 GB micro-SD card, as I did with the phone that this one replaced. For day to day use, I have nothing but nice things to say about the phone. 6 GB of RAM is a bit less than my prior phone, but I haven't noticed a difference. 128 GB of storage space is more than enough for me, since I use a micro-SD card for portable storage. 5G works flawlessly with upload and download speeds comparable to a friend's $1000+ phone. LTE kicks in quicker than my old phone would have, when 5G coverage is spotty. The camera takes pictures in all of the environments I tried (low light, outdoors, room light, and closeup) that I consider nice, but then I'm not too demanding. Calls have been clear for both me and whoever I am talking with. There is a headphone jack! No worrying about your bluetooth headset running out of battery power; can just plug in an old-fashioned set of earbuds. The one feature that is not included is NFC, which I don't use and always turn off on a phone that includes it. So, no loss for me and no criticism of the phone because of the omission. Battery life started out only ok (day and a half with light use) but increased substantially by the end of the first week of use (now nearly 3 days with light use).

This only partially works wth t-mobile in California not 5G, and only gets 1 to max of 7mb download speed. Tello ISP only connects on 2 bands in 4g LTE none on 5G, but Tello support says they have 2 bands in 5G. Tello support (talked to 3 times) just kept hanging up on me. One did a reset, but nothing changed. Don't buy for Tello service, Only shows up as t-mobile. But, phone looks nice and seems very fast. Overall a great looking phone. Basically a Google app phone, Just not sure how to use it without Telephone service, since it is supposed to be a telephone. You can connect it to WiFi i guess. These phones are having issues in USA and connections to Providers. Do a search and see for urself.

I am very satisfied with this smart phone. I am using Google Fi as the carrier. The phone works equally as good as my Galaxy 23. This phone is very responsive and calls are crystal clear with no drops. The internet is fast, youtube videos play smooth no issues. The phone comes preloaded with a lot of useless apps that either I deleted or disabled. The apps I installed are working flawlessly, the screen is large and crystal clear. The camera images are great with no issues. The side button used for finger print security works with no issues. I would have given 5 stars and maybe I will later, I haven't used it long enough to be comfortable giving 5 stars..

I love this phone for my spare line I have. I will go over all the cons first, then the pros. I don't like some of the apps they installed (also known as bloatware) and forced ads I have to watch to use them, & almost all of them I can't delete, only force stop them. There isn't a huge amount of them, but some. I would not mind the bloatware in the phone as long as I can get rid of what I don't want, which isn't the case as they locked them. This is nonsense & although many companies do this practice it's always a negative. Instead of having the fingerprint on the touch screen it's on the power button on this phone. Due to it's very narrow width it's flaky at best to get it to read your fingerprint where it's mostly useless as it is much quicker just to enter your passcode. Also if you press to hard since it's also the power button trying to read your print it will put the screen out on you. This overall is a bad idea. Although the auto adaptive brightness is on by default I noticed it is brighter than desired so I have to manually adjust it frequently, but this is a matter of preference for me. The google widget is locked to it's position on home screen & totally unmovable or removable which is extremely irritating to me as I don't want it. It is frustrating that they lock stuff in this manner. Please let me be very clear I am not throwing this phone under the bus here, but rather pointing out some extremely important things that Umidigi needs to be aware of. The improvements made from the knowledge of these things we consumers aren't happy with is important for them. Now, lets get to the pros of this phone. Storage is awesome with 128G internal and expandable micro SD slot for even more, and the 6 gig of ram is very nice. Price for this phone for it's features is great! 50 megapixel camera does a very nice job, even has a macro that works well, and in the included photo you can see very good depth of field focus from foreground all the way to the back ground. Although I haven't done a lot of photo play with this yet I can assure all of you it's very good for it's price point. I done a couple of tests of game play (see photos) & although not a light speed device it does well. Normal use of apps, scrolling & pulling up web pages is very fast so it's great for me. Comes complete with screen protector & case already to go, but I will say the case is minimal for any protection for the phone as it is pretty thin & more plastic like & very little grip to your hand if your hands are dry, but fits perfectly so to be included is very cool! All settings work pretty well & although Android 14 like my other phone it is different in the user interface in some things that can get one a little out of whack to find some things shall we say. Power/volume up/down are on the right and work great with the case, & it also has a hotkey button on the left you can assign something specific to which is very nice. Love the 3.5mm jack plus the fact it's on the top of the phone. Just a personal preference but it's always in my way if it were to be on bottom of the phone in my opinion. Many phones now don't have that capability so it's a plus in my mind. Sound is very adequate also for it's speaker & ok for me. I plugged it in to power before I even turned it on for the first time and it had 100% battery in the phone. I installed my sim card and micro SD card before first power on & it took off perfectly & google easily took care of loading all of my apps from other phone doing the type C to type C phone to phone connection. Included also is a 15W charger W/type C to type C cable so you will have cable out of the box needed for transferring files to it from old phone. Very thoughtful of them to do this. Being totally unlocked for any carrier is a huge plus for sure, but just a word of note my Boost sim W/AT&T service cranked up and worked like a champ. Screen resolution quality & size is awesome! There are also some themes installed that are very nice too, & there are 6 of them. If you are in the market for a very good 5G phone with a lot of goodies/features for it's price then grab you one of these phones. I do highly recommend it!
