We got this back in April fory sons 3rd birthday. My husband assembled it, and didn't have any issues. My son loved it so much. It came with all the parts. However, one of my other sons disassembled the seat for some reason, and he lost some of the pieces, so the bike was short lived. My son could quite figure out how to peddle, but he put his feet on the ground and pushed himself around.

I purchased for my 3 yr. old granddaughter. Small basket in the front for her stuffed animal and a compartment in the back to "hide" her snacks and trinkets. Easy to assemble. Good quality and value.
