Fortunately I NEVER actually saw the mice (not one, but likely two different mice), but they left a trail of mouse poop throughout the kitchen, living room and master bedroom, which is where the original mouse was seen by my significant other; we just had to follow the the trail of mouse poop to know where they were wandering throughout the house (single story). Just a week or so before, the new housekeeper had left the bathroom window open (no screen) while she was cleaning; later that evening I encountered a roach the size of my entire thumb on my makeup tray. The best thing was we placed the order and the Ultrasonic Pest Repeller arrived either the very next day or day after. We were sleeping with both patio doors about a two inches open which is how we think they entered (possibly the roach too, but more likely the window which was never opened for the very reason there was no screen). Bought the 6-pack of these devices, plugged them into the MBR, guest BR, living room, guest bathroom, kitchen, and home office, and the very next morning, no trail of mouse excrement. We also ordered the large plastic tray-like rodent traps with the glue, never saw any mice, bugs or other rodents. Coincidentally, was staying with friends chaperoning their two teenage daughters to/from school just last week and one morning we walked into the garage to then head outside to my car and there was a small mouse (size of the palm of my hand) on one of those sticky traps which was right next to an electrical outlet with a competitor's pest repeller -- which clearly was not effective at all! My friend's daughter came within an inch of stepping on the mouse (while I of course hightailed it back inside the house)! Have sent a link to my gf to let her know that your Ultrasonic Pest Repeller is the one she should order! Still have the devices plugged in to this day!
