It's oil. I've never seen motor oil come in a clear bottle before, but... It meets the specs for my motorcycle. I expect to change my oil after 5000 miles. My motorcycle has not locked up, so it's doing it's job. No complaints.

I didn't need all of the oil but what I have left over in the un open bottles turned dark brown from the goldish color after I went to clean the garage. So uv maybe a thing but idk.. UPDATE ... So I purchased another pkg of oil after doing a clutch change. This time I received a red cap bottle instead of a gold cap. I used the remaining oil from the first 6pk and went thru the gears fine. When I received this shipment I drained all the oil and replaced it with the new. Now my 636 won't shift thru gears and I'm lost for words and can't find information on the different cap colors. ... show more

Decided to try full synthetic in my 2016 Kawasaki Concours 14. The specs on this product far surpass the OEM requirements in terms of the API rating and JASO, and a price notably below the OEM oil and other common oil brands. I've got 500 miles on this oil change and the bike seems to like my choice. The clutch performance is perfect and clutchless shifting is smooth as silk. The owner manual calls for a change every 7500 miles. I'm not sure I'll wait that long. If the bike is still running as it has been, I'll be ordering more of this product. ... show more
