This is a great soap, comparable to dawn. For the price it's a better deal. Suds up pretty good and cleans very well. I had no problem with the pull tab while opening the bucket. The pump came perfectly fine. The pump installed easily and pumps just fine. It's not a steel pump, just plastic, so if you jump up and down on it like a gorilla then it will probably break off. As for the soap it's worth the money no question but the reviews made me come prepared I had bottles so I pumped enough to pour it because everyone else had so many issues. It's cheap. It works. It's bulk. When I went to attach the pump, the pull tab for the hole didn't work so I had to cut it open with a knife, and then the pump fit. Make sure to pull the nipple up to get additional height on the pump. As for the pump, it doesn't squirt a lot of soap. And each press down it takes a second or two for the spring to push the pump back up to the resting position to squirt again. ... show more
