  • Good straightforward guide for new businesses
Format: Kindle
This book gives you the facts straight up without any fluff. It’s succinct and a quick read. I don’t base the quality of a book solely on wordcount or number of pages… that would be superficial. The fact is, we get a nice step by step process here. Now, for the cons… they’re not really a big deal but I’m going to be candid. The book has some edit issues. There was even a couple paragraphs that were literally duplicated as well as some grammatical errors. All that said, the info is good and that’s what is important. I’m originally was going to give four stars for the reasons in the review but decided not to. After all, it’s a nice and easy read and it gave me the info I needed without trying to sell me a program or something. Great job Gerald! Hire a professional editor for your next book and you’ll reach another level. ... show more

  • Good overall, but stopped stopped just short of what I was looking for.
Format: Kindle
I love that the book was short and straight to the point without the fluff. Was able to get the info needed on how to build business credit from scratch, when you have no business credit, where to start, and specific places to easily establish. The author even gives a tiered structure on how to advance to different levels. Where I was disappointed and why I couldn’t give it 5 star is that it stopped just short of explaining how to obtain business credit cards that’s not tied to a specific store credit card. I’m talking about the businesses credit cards that you can spend anywhere. It basically started at the net 30, 60, etc types of vendor credit lines and ended at getting credit cards that are basically store credit cards. But I was hoping that it would tie this info somehow or talk about it give some advice on getting credit cards with balances that you can use anywhere, not just that specific store credit card. Maybe I missed that part or this can be added in a future revision of the book. ... show more

  • Great Guide
Format: Kindle
So it definitely has grammatical errors but they don't hinder you from gaining the knowledge. I read it because I wanted to know my chances of getting approved by Navy Federal. After the 30 minutes it took to read it, I learned how to increase my chances and got a good understanding of which companies to get credit through before I approach Navy. I only wish he would've touched on how to utilize credit unions vs banks when choosing an institution to borrow from. Overall, definitely a great read would recommend to all my fellow business owners . ... show more

  • Good information
Format: Kindle
I am giving this book a five because it has good information even though it could have used a editor. The book is not long, it's concise and easy to read. Helpful information and resources.

  • I found a grammar error in the book they may have more.
Format: Kindle
I have read a few pages of this book and found that there was simple grammar errors that even a teenager could see because of this I would like to give it a not so good review. It may have good quality information but the English is not ok.

  • Short & To The Point
Format: Kindle
Thankfully not a lot of fluff. This is the most basic, bare bones approach to building business credit using only an EIN. I wish I had this book 3 or 4 years ago when I set up my first LLC. Thank you Gerald!

  • To the point
Format: Kindle
Interesting and to the point! You get resourceful information from this book. He talks about how to use what you have until you get what you need and the vendors you can get resources to do it!
