It's a slick phone at a great price. Complete with Android 13 and even a headphone jack. Based on price and other reviews, this is one of the best rated phones from independent carriers, at a price that can't be beat. I purchased it because my 4 year old phone Motorola G7 Power was having battery and charge port issues (and running out of memory with only 32 gigs). On the first few charges of the new Ulefone, it charged to 100% and displayed 'Fully Charged'. However, it quickly started failing to charge fully, getting only to 94% and never stating 'fully charged'. I contacted Ulefone support through their website and they routed me to their Amazon support team. I also contacted Amazon support 8 days after the return window closed. The agent authorized a return and I immediately ordered a new phone (one step up, the model with up to 16 gigs of RAM - which includes 8 virtual). The two models are otherwise identical, so I think my battery issue may have been related to older stock (product fulfillment was via Amazon). I received my new phone, set it up and it's been about 5 days and it's charged fully to 100% AND is definitely holding the charge longer. It also doesn't seem to have any issues when it goes into battery saver mode (the original phone seemed to have issues crashing games like Wordscapes in battery saver mode). The original also seemed to drain quickly. Other pros and cons - the camera is decent for the price. This is about 90% less in price than an iPhone, so the camera is as expected. There's no indication of remaining battery life estimate in settings, which I got spoiled with on my Motorola. That phone also had the shake to turn on flashlight which I will miss too. This one has a flashlight but you turn it on through the drop down menu (like most phones). I had issues with Amazon customer service on the return/refund and wish I had contacted only Ulefone first as I think it may have been resolved with an exchange, I am not sure, but in the end, it was resolved after speaking to a supervisor. I hope to get many years of enjoyment out of this really nice looking phone at a phenomenal price. It even includes a clear plastic case so I don't have to buy one additionally. ... show more

My wife told me not to buy this phone to replace my moto that was seeing better days. Thank goodness she was wrong (for once). I use Mint and have a T mobile card. I placed it into the ulefone and it worked. I transferred all of my apps to the new phone using Wi-Fi and was done. There was one alarm app that didn't work so I downloaded a different one. This is the best $110.00 that I've ever spent. The battery is just as good as my Moto. The only con is that when I'm driving, the phone is mounted on the windshield, and I cannot see the screen with polarized sunglasses on. Wow. How terrible. Very rigid and compact phone. Camera quality is not the best but it is useable. If you need to make repairs on this phone like a screen repair. It is best to seek out a professional because the interior design is not very common to other phones and you make risk breaking something

It is now 10 months since I purchased this abominable phone and I am still unable to operate it because it did not come with a User's Manual. When my phone rings and I'm in another room it stop[s ringing before I can answer it and I don't know how to fix it due to there being no owner's manual. I am now considering suing Amazon because the Manufacturer is in China and while they answer email questions it takes 24-48 hours to get their reply. I have never been able to get an internet connection outside of my home wi-fi connection! And now I've encountered another problem---it loses the charge very fast. I awoke today to find it only had 13% Power left and it takes a very long time to charge! You will regret it if you buy this phone! Absolutely the worst purchase I ever made. Would not have bought it to begin with had I realsized it did not come with an Owner's Manual. After I sent a scathing Email to 12 CS Reps, they promised they would assist me in the future but have not! Unable to connect to the Internet! I can only make and receive calls. Can only access the Internet when I'm at home and connected to my WiFi but no connection when I leave the house! My Internet provider spent 40 minutes with me on the phone but was unable to get me an Internet connection without WiFi. I've had this phone for 7 months but never realized I couldn't connect to the Internet until my Cable Company had an outage and I had no WiFi. ... show more

There's nothing more frustrating than a lagging and slow cell phone. When I'm looking to buy a cheap phone new for under $200 I will usually only consider one thing, the CPU. Manufacturers are incentitived to put a cheap 8 cores of cortex A-53. 8 cores looks good to the average consumer but in reality it will lag heavily. The only reason I bought this phone is because it has two fast cortex A-75 cores and six slow A-53. Instead of the usual 8 slow A-53s you would expect at this price. Those two cortex a 75 cores this phone has is a night and day difference in terms of lagging compared to the average $90 cell phone. Highly recommend. Maybe you can get a phone with a better camera or a brighter screen for the price of this one but it's going to be sacrificed in the CPU and you will regret it later when your phone is lagging. ... show more
