I got this phone about a week ago. I'm very happy with it. It outperforms name brand phones and has a lot of features that other phones don't have. The few downsides are #1 it's unusually heavy for a cell phone, #2 it doesn't work on Verizon or any service that uses the verizon network. It works perfectly on t mobile however. #3 it seems to have fairly low internal memory (64gb). I recommend buying an SD card. The high resolution camera is great but it's going to slow this phone way down in the long run especially if you like to take a lot of pictures or if you like to download a bunch of apps. For people who like a LOT of customization settings and are conservative with their phone's memory usage, it's a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and would buy again. ... show more

It fit the description But when I went to set up the phone I couldn't receive text messages I could only send them, I couldn't send or receive emails. I could only make and receive phone calls. I may have got a defective one I don't know. And I can't get ahold of the seller to make it right.

The phone is very durable and can withstand a fall I haven't tried the under water yet but so far it's working just as it says I wish the night vision reached a little farther but I just needed to get a infrared light to make the camera see farther so that's cool.

It is the biggest and heaviest cellphone I ever owned. Other than cargo pants, it will not fit on any of my other pants pocket. Because it is big phone, the screen size is big but better for because of bigger sized fonts. Overall, I consider this phone an improvement over my old Ulefone Armor x8.

Rugged phone has good battery life. Good network. Slim slot has been upgraded to let you use 2 micro sims and a memory card at the same time. The follow come screen guard split when the phone dropped from a chair less than 30 inches above the ground. Hope fully screen will withstand future drops. Only major disappointment here is that 1, amazon music wont even install from google play store as i get the error " This app is not compatible with your device". On Tik Tok, trying to use filters will also come up with the error " You cannot use this filter with this device". I have had to install other software by downloading APKs because google brings error of incompatible with device. I'm not sure if this is an Android OS issue or phone hardware issue. Also fingerprint reader is not very sharp, it works but you need to tap multiple times and sometimes after tapping too much you must resort to using other login options. ... show more
