The media could not be loaded. First off, this company has made several other high quality products with great reviews. I had been searching for an audio mixer with led lighting for my gaming setup that had the features a studio mixer had such as pitch and eq adjustment or mic monitoring. Because of the reputation of the company, the product, which had no reviews, was purchased by me. -Laptop was Razer Blade 15 advanced 2021 Staring off, the mini xlr input only functioned with phantom power with my dynamic mic. I don’t like being forced to use phantom power when my mic does not need it. Also for some reason when I connected a usb mic via the usb input, that’s when my dynamic mic functioned without the phantom power on. I attempted various trouble shooting methods such as ordering a different xlr to xlr mini cable or just using a completely different mic. I made sure that I was using the Ulazi sound mixer as my input in my computer setting and advanced audio settings but it didn’t help. I also wanted to mention that the usb input that I talked about earlier DID NOT FUNCTION whatsoever. I was using my mics which were connected via usb c. Second, the jack live outputs completely failed. When I connected my speaker to the live outputs I would simply not hear audio at all. What was weird was I DID HEAR AUDIO ONLY WHEN the jack cable was pushed halfway in. It would come out easily so I don’t recommend it especially as it reduces the overall volume of the audio. I don’t understand why this was the case, I tried different jack cables and once again made sure my computer was connected correctly but nothing worked. Lastly, there was no headphone specific output. There was a headphone monitoring output but when connected to it, the big thing I couldn’t do was adjust the volume of the accompaniment and headphones separately. I didn’t understand how it worked, what i do know is that the music and monitoring volume adjustment always adjusted the accompaniment and headphones instead of being separate. This also applies to the speaker outputs which was directly connected to the headphone in terms of being adjusted. I could use a jack splitter adapter on either the headset or speaker output and connected both into one and it be the same. Another Thing is that the actual box of the product arrived somewhat destroyed and soaked in water. This made opening the packing without tearing it extremely difficult since it had became as fragile as paper. It is a fact that this company makes quality products recognized by buyers everywhere. For all i know, this product was one of few defective ones. Yet the fact of the matter is that the product was defective and therefore I will rate this product 1 star.
