The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble and fun to play! I got this as a starter piano for my children--and it's perfect for them! They love it! But I was pleasantly surprised that it is also perfect size for an adult to play! I have a small house and this size is a perfect fit for my living room. Most importantly, the keys have a nice feel, the weight and action feels like a 'real' piano-and the sound provides very rich tones. Very pleased with the quality and sound of this piano! NOTE: I almost didn't see the power cord and pedal --they were tucked into a Styrofoam box that I thought was just packing material! I'll be attaching a video as soon as I figure out how to upload it :) This keyboard also comes with a carrying case so if you have a 'budding Billie Eilish or Billy Joel' they'll be all set to carry their keyboard to their gigs :) ... show more

The little instruction sheet for the stand is terrible, impossible to use. Let me help you avoid my mistakes. It took hours to get this stand to work correctly, having never done one like this before. Leave the bolts as they arrive. (I took them out, which is a mistake.) There is a bolt through both legs when it arrives. It was so tight that the pieces would not move or flex into an 'x' at all. I see now that your best bet is to loosen the main big nut, to be able to get them to move. There is no included tool for this nut. The smaller bolt, with the knob, simply plunges (spring-loaded) into the hole that you want in that metal arc piece. The manufacturer needs to make a detailed video of this assembly, showing SLOWLY, every step from unpacking. Hire a highly skilled native English editor and reviewer for your product, please. I found only one short video online from Denny Shop that showed all of these parts and their correct order of assembly. None of this was intuitive for me. The straps go on AFTER you take off the end caps of the top rails, then you put the little knobs (parts included) through a strap hole and they screw into some bottom holes in the piano, holding it loosely on the stand top. (Why loosely?) The tone sounds good. The instruction pamphlet for the piano is terrible, with hard to read print. I cannot understand the functions yet for the rhythms, built-in song list, and recording function. The lay-out is not intuitive and seems complicated. Again, the manufacturer should make a detailed video for the listing page. ... show more
