I would give them 5 stars for what they are. They are not the prettiest shoes but they are uggs. They are cuter than standard Uggs. They are soft inside. The platform adds height but they feel flat so easy to walk in. I’m between 10-11 and got 11. They are a tiny bit roomy but my feet feel good and I am sure 10 would have been too small. I think they will look cute with a variety of outfits and will be my go to cold weather shoe for now. I am tall and have huge feet but I don’t feel that there is anything “Smurf” about them :D ... show more

These are genuine UGG boots. However, the inner sock or lining is not 100% wool. It is 60% wool, 40% LYOCELL. This would explain why the boots are inexpensive. The description on Amazon constitutes false advertising. I must now lug the UGG boots to the nearest UPS for drop off and return to Amazon. I feel hoodwinked and bamboozled. Fortunately I used American Express to purchase. I’ll also be filing a report with the BBB and NYSOAG. ... show more

Absolutely LOVE these Uggs. They are super comfortable and being petite, I love that it gives me some extra height too. I’ve slipped these on with and without socks and it’s still a great fit, true to size. I wear them all day without any issues, super comfortable and definitely my favorite boot purchase this year. I get complements on these boots because they’re also in style. I sprayed them with a waterproofing spray and have had no issues with them attracting dirt, they look like new still. ... show more

Once you get your heel slid in these boots are amazingly comfortable. I did not get the size suggested. I got a size smaller I don’t think that’s the problem putting them on because once my foot gets into them, they are roomy. I don’t have a high arch and I have feet that are on the thinner side, also they are very clunky looking and I have thin legs and ankles so they look a little strange. I love how they make you a little taller it almost feels like you’re walking on flats but the height they give is nice. I wish they could have worked for me. ... show more
