I love the little Alpine details of this pair (the cross stitching, the design on the pull tabs, the overall styling). I was between this version and the shorter slipper Alpine ones — I ended up getting these because it seemed like a lot of people were getting the other ones and they were sold out in my size and preferred color when I went to order and I’m happy I went with these. They have the usual Ugg quality and comfort we’ve come to expect. My only gripe is they can be a bit hard to put on at first (not sure if my feet are just weird, I do have a high arch and stiff ankles) due to the design but thanks to the pull tabs in the front and back (which are there for function as much as fashion) I can slip them on. Once they’re on they are completely comfortable and I haven’t had problems getting them off. I imagine once the boots are broken in and conform to my feet this will cease to be a problem. If you are extremely concerned about this, I’d probably suggest you get the slipper version. I got the Hickory color which is a really nice dark taupe which goes with a lot of outfits and looks really nice (the fur is a lighter gray). ... show more
