    • These boots run very large
I ordered the correct size but these boots were still about a full size too big for me. There was about an inch from where my toe ended to the tip of the boot. I had to return them and they gave me a full refund.

Good quality boots, made of genuine leather. But the fur is only in the shin area, and I was looking for boots completely fur inside and on the foot too. It's a pity, but I made a return and will continue to look for other boots.

    • 9 far too large and 8.5 too small
There appears to be a sizing issue. I bought a 9, which is what I wear in all other UGGs and they were too big in both length and swimming in the heal. I bought an 8.5 thinking this would solve. Too small. Really sad about this.

I put these on and it felt like the toe was way too tight, but the heel wasn't. After I got to work these boots were killing my feet even sitting down! I took them off & sat them beside my desk and later ran my hand down in the toe to see if they would stretch out any. Well, what was stuffed UP inside the TOP of the toe but ANOTHER piece of cardboard! I had taken the large one out that stands up out of the boot, but there is another one in there that you can not see! No Wonder they were hurting! So Please take out BOTH before you try to wear these or I assure you, they will hurt your feet! OK, Return cancelled! lol ... show more
