Got this coat for 3/4 less than standard market (the UGG Koko Oversized Faux Fur Coat, Black/cream). I was thrilled. It arrived. So luxurious! Not as warm as it looks, though. But, yes, runs very big. I am 5' 4" tall, 125 pounds, got the x-small/small. I could wear two shirts, a bulky sweater and a full-length wool coat underneath and still have plenty of room inside. I could have worn another two coats underneath to fill up that extra space. And my head looked like a pimple peaking above all this pretty faux fur. But none of that turned me off to the coat. With knee-high black leather boots, a cool black bag, I still liked the look. The problem that did it for me (and caused me to return it) came when I zipped it up all the way. It has a very sturdy metal zipper. Certainly not gonna break any time soon. Yet, it wasn't even the effort to zip it, despite the difficulty through the neck area because the zipper has to twist through that section. What finally did it for me was once I got it zipped to the top, the zipper got stuck and it took 4 hours to get it unstuck. I had this coat on for 4 hours, battling the zipper to release me from its' clutches. I couldn't slip out of it because zipped up, the neck area was too tight to get it over my 'pimple' head. I hope someone else has better luck with it than I did. Not really a warm coat, although when wearing it, it looks like you're ready for a Siberian winter. ... show more
