I love the ugg boots great product but my usual size is 12 and I ordered 14 for an easier fit and cannot get my foot into the boot because the top is way to small, have bought many ugh boots in the past and these are not the same boots, these are a cheap knock off and are still in the box, I have attempted to return them to Amazon and have been totally ignored , my sister, daughter, wife and myself are very loyal Amazon Prime customers snd I am disappointed that I can’t get a resolve to this issue ... show more

Got these to replace an old pair that were in bad shape after years of abuse. Getting my foot in them is a bit of a process full of frustration and bad language but as they break in it's getting much easier. When on they for perfect and are so comfortable and I'm time the opening will get better. I use them mostly for slippers and my others lasted so long it makes the price seem better than cheaper brands that last once or two years..... at least that's what I have convinced myself to believe! ... show more

These are definably not the first Uggs I've owned. I have two teenage girls who have a least 4 pairs each and well as me. I bought these to wear into work because my office is so cold. I park in a parking garage and only wear theses fow work. I bought the black shorts. They are faded within a month of me having them they look grey. I treated them with the Ugg products before wearing them at all. Never have I had a pair that looked like this at all after a month. I have 5 year old mid grey ones that don't even look like this after consist wear. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! ... show more
