Works very well on my Uggs, I just got Christmas. I found other sets on Amazon to clean the material, but they were only a few dollars cheaper and off-brand. I am glad I went with the name brand with this care kit! We're in the midwest where we get lots of snow and rain, and this product helps keep them from staining and looking nice!

Left my shoes off worse than they were and ruined the texture!! Followed it’s step by step waiting 24 hours for each product to dry but as you can see the soap left white marks. These shoes were mostly clean before and didn’t have any of these white stains. As you can see on my tasmans it left several marks on there that were not there prior to cleaning and my tasmans still feel soapy even though it’s been a week since cleaning them. The cleaner I used before worked way better and didn’t ruin my shoes. In the photos you can see the white marks on the boots from where soap was and I applied it onto every inch of my shoes. As you can see in my tasmans there’s a bunch of white marks and the texture looks noticeably messed up. The soap ruined the texture of both shoes and left them worse than before. Do not recommend at all

I like the cleaner kit other than the rubber thing. There’s no instructions for the brush or rubber square. I gently used the brush on an angle and it was shaving off the leather. So I just used a damp cloth. But the cleaners and protectant works great. The smell from the refresh is subtle and works well. My old boots looked new again. Now we just need replacement wool for the insides where they get worn and is ugg people will be set
